When I first started working in SEO back in 2018, I was initially turned on to Ahrefs. The membership was a bit out of my price range at the time, so I went with SEMRUSH. Since then, I've used Ahrefs, SEMRush, Serpstat, Moz, and even Majestic. Most agencies I have done SEO work for over the past year or so prefer either SEMRush or Ahrefs.
